Mementos of two projects that never materialized. The first, mine, was to be a web series, featuring profiles of New Yorkers boasting unusual or idiosyncratic occupations. The idea must have been inspired by Errol Morris's First Person program. The only profile I managed to complete was of Evan Blum, owner of Demolition Depot, a massive warehouse of architectural salvage in East Harlem.
The second project was a film about the American pop artist Larry Rivers, an outrageous character. This trailer, created by me, was to sell the idea to a secret investor, who remains a secret to date.
